The position

Studio Operations

You’ll be a classic project manager, extended to studio operations: calendars, timelines, contracts, client updates, keeping projects and people moving, organising travel, chasing what needs chasing. Most of it can be systematised or automated by someone who'd rather build an agent, than repeat a task. But as much as this can be automated, it will always need your human supervision and time.

Brain OS?

We’re an AI-native creative studio, using large language models daily for our projects, and even creating several AI products for our clients, and some that you’re probably using too. The problem is that we’re really bad at actually using them for ourselves, productively. We need someone organised, precise, with experience using LLMs. We’ll give you all the tools: subscriptions, laptops, local models, cloud models, anything you need. You’ll own how the studio uses AI internally as infrastructure. You pick and wire up the models we use, look after our agents, datasets, prompts and automations, and build the systems that take repetitive work off everyone's plate. Someone groans about a task they do every week; you go build the thing that does it for them. You're the one who knows what's possible and keeps the place running faster.

Why it's one job

The person keeping the studio organised should be the same person automating it. Together, every annoying manual task belongs to someone with the motivation and the tools to kill it.
