  1. Workshop Details and Participation
    1. The workshop runs one week, from Sunday, August 25th, to Saturday, August 31st, approximately from 9:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
    2. The location for the workshop and the accommodation for the Regular and Premium ticket holders, is a grand mansion in Salento, Puglia, near Lecce. The villa, built in the early 1900s, features a swimming pool and spacious workshop areas. The exact location will be disclosed once the workshop is confirmed.
    3. Regular ticket holders will be sharing a room inside the mansion. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people and can be arranged on request.
    4. The capacity is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
    5. Participation is voluntary, but participants must follow the workshop schedule, guidelines, and instructions provided by instructors.
  2. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
    1. Payment: A fee is required upon registration to secure a spot.
    2. Workshop Activation: The workshop will only proceed if a minimum number of participants is met by June 30th. If canceled, participants will receive a full refund. No transportation (flights, trains, cars) or accommodation bookings costs will be covered by oio. Participants are responsible to check the cancellation policy of external services in case of bookings executed before the activation date.
    3. Cancellation Policy:
      1. Cancellations before June 30th will receive a 95% refund (5% administrative cost).
      2. Cancellations up to July 31st will receive a 50% refund.
      3. Tickets are transferable until August 15th. Contact [email protected] to transfer your ticket.
  3. What's Included?
    1. Training and tutoring (7 hours daily for 5 days, Monday to Friday).
    2. Accommodation for regular and premium tickets.
    3. Breakfast and one meal each day (excluding alcohol). Dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
  4. Conduct and Safety
    1. Participants are expected to maintain respect for others. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate dismissal without a refund.
    2. Safety guidelines must be followed, especially during hands-on activities or field trips.
  5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
    1. All workshop projects and materials are property of their respective creators. Participants may reproduce and distribute these as they please.
    2. Personal information shared by participants remains confidential.
  6. Liability
    1. oio will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced by participants. Participants must have health insurance and inform organizers of any medical needs.
  7. Photo and Media Release
    1. By participating, you agree to the use of any photographs, video, or audio recordings captured for promotional purposes. If not desired, inform the organizers before the workshop.
  8. Language and Preparation
    1. Language: The workshop will be conducted in English.
    2. What should I bring? A laptop.
